Why this project matters

Although Croatia has transposed Directive (EU) 2020/1828 into national legislation, representative actions are still rarely used in practice. Qualified Entities often face limited resources and a lack of specialised knowledge, while many consumers are unaware that collective legal redress exists.

ACT4Consumers addresses these challenges by combining capacity building, knowledge exchange and public awareness activities across Croatia, Austria and Italy.
